Latest Updates on Fireworks Production Resumption in China

We would like to share some positive updates from the fireworks production areas in Hunan and Jiangxi, China.

As the high-temperature holiday is gradually coming to an end, fireworks production areas are beginning to make progress toward the resumption of work and production.

In production areas such as Wanzai, Jiangxi, factories have recently started safety training and preparation for production resumption. Some factories are expected to gradually restart production in the coming week.

Meanwhile, Liuyang, Hunan, has also seen encouraging progress following the province-wide production suspension and safety rectification. Among the 432 fireworks companies in Liuyang, 32 have completed the required rectification work, and 28 have successfully passed inspections and are awaiting approval to resume production.

Although the first group of factories expected to resume production in Liuyang in September currently represents less than 10% of the total, the overall situation is more positive than previously expected.

The industry's recovery is now gradually underway. As more factories complete their safety improvements and inspections, additional production capacity is expected to return in an orderly manner.
